Description:

Apple Mac OS X could allow a local attacker to gain root access, caused by a vulnerability in NetInfo Manager. By default, the NetInfo Manager is installed setuid root. A local attacker could run NetInfo Manager to gain root access to the file system, which would allow the attacker to view or write to any file on the system.
