SGI IRIX mv creates a world-writable directory

Description:
The mv command in SGI IRIX creates a world-writable directory when moving a directory. The mv binary is installed by default as part of the "eoe.sw.base" package. This vulnerability could allow a local attacker to overwrite and corrupt critical files on the system.
