TightAuction config.inc file information disclosure

Description:
TightAuction could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information. The configuration file (config.inc) is stored with an improper extension. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request to the config.inc file to cause the contents of the file to be returned. An attacker could then use this information to launch further attacks against the affected server.
