Description:

IBM Web Traffic Express (WTE) is vulnerable to a denial of service attack. If a remote attacker sends a specially-crafted HTTP request to the /cgi-bin/helpout.exe file, the attacker would cause the proxy server (ibmproxy.exe) to crash.

For IBM Web Traffic Express 4.x:
