Description:

The LISa LAN (Local Area Network) browsing tool included in the kdenetwork package in the K Desktop Environment (KDE) is vulnerable to a buffer overflow. A local or remote attacker with access to the default LISa port (7741) could exploit this vulnerability to gain root privileges on the system.
