Description:

2Fax is vulnerable to a buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking of the -bpcx command line option. By sending an overly long command to the 2Fax utility using the -bpcx option, a local attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with privileges of the 2Fax process.
