IBM AIX uucp long arugment buffer overflow

Description:
IBM AIX is vulnerable to a buffer overflow in the uucp application. By passing an overly long argument to uucp, a local attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with uucp user privileges.

For IBM AIX 4.3.3:
Apply APAR IY30431 patch, available from the AIX Fix Distribution Service. See References.
