Description:

NETGEAR FM114P could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the Web-configuration interface. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request containing hexadecimal URL encoded "dot dot" sequences (in the form of %2e%2e%2f) to traverse directories and gain access to restricted files and folders on the system, such as the netgear.cfg configuration file, which contains the dialup-password and the dynamic dns-configuration password.
