Description:

The XFree86 xdm (X Display Manager) could allow a remote attacker to gain unauthorized access to the X server. If the authComplain variable is disabled, a remote attacker could use xdm to gain unauthorized access to the X server.

Upgrade to the latest version of XFree86 (4.2.99.902 or later), available from the XFree86 Web site. See References.
