Description:
Cisco 1760 Modular Access Router fails to properly block unwanted traffic to the router. If the crypto engine accelerator, PPPoE dialer or Ip route-cache security feature is enabled, the Access Control List (ACL) is improperly parsed, which could allow unwanted traffic access to and from the protected network. This allows a remote attacker to send unwanted packets into the protected network, and possibly attack systems that are supposed to be protected by the ACL on the router.
