Vignette and StoryServer multiple cross-site scripting issues

Description:
Vignette CMS and StoryServer are vulnerable to multiple cross-site scripting vulnerabilities, caused by improper filtering of specific HTML characters, such as (<,>,",&). A remote attacker could embed malicious script in text variables in a URL request, which would be executed in the victim's Web browser within the security context of the hosting site, once the link is clicked.
