Sun Solaris in.telnetd(1M) process denial of service

Description:
Sun Solaris is vulnerable to a denial of service. An unprivileged remote or local attacker could cause multiple in.telnetd(1M) daemon processes to enter into an infinite loop, which would cause the system to consume all available CPU resources.
