Unicenter TNG pdmcgi.exe utility allows attacker to obtain information

Computer Associates' Unicenter TNG could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information. A remote attacker could specify an arbitrary file as a template to the pdmcgi.exe utility to gain unauthorized access to any file that has Service desk daemon access.
No remedy available as of September 13, 2008.
