Xmame --lang parameter buffer overflow

Description:
Xmame is vulnerable to a buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking of user-supplied input. A local attacker could supply an overly long --lang parameter to overflow a buffer and possibly execute code on the system with elevated privileges.
