Microsoft IIS Remote Administration Tool allows attacker to reset administrative password

Description:
Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) could allow a remote attacker to modify the Microsoft Windows server administrative password, caused by a vulnerability in the IIS Remote Administration Tool. A remote attacker could send a request for the user_setpassword.asp file and modify the administrative password, without having to provide the existing password. This would cause the victim to become locked out of their account, once the victim attempts to log in.
