Description:

BEA WebLogic Server and Express could allow a local attacker to gain elevated privileges on the system. A remote attacker could cause certain paths of code execution to occur, which could allow the attacker to impersonate another user and gain elevated privileges on the system, possibly administrative privileges.

For WebLogic Server and Express 7.0 SP3:
Upgrade to Service Pack 4, when it becomes available, or apply the patch for this vulnerability, as listed in BEA Systems Inc. SECURITY ADVISORY (BEA03-35.00). See References.
