Description:
Typically, when a vulnerability is exploited against a Microsoft Windows system and a remote attacker gains root access, the Windows shell program is run, which displays a banner when executed.

Remedy:
Determine whether the connection in which this event was reported is authorized. If the connection is unauthorized, block the intruder.
