XOOPS BBCode color, size, and font HTML tags cross-site scripting

Description:
XOOPS is vulnerable to cross-site scripting in the News, newbb, and private messages modules, caused by improper filtering of user-supplied input. A remote attacker could post a message containing malicious JavaScript embedded within BBCode color, size and font HTML tags, which would be executed in the victim's Web browser within the security context of the hosting site, once the message is viewed. An attacker could use this vulnerability to steal the victim's cookie-based authentication credentials.
