GBrowse "dot dot" directory traversal

Description:
GBrowse (generic genome browser) could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the system. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted HTTP request to GBrowse containing "dot dot" sequences (../) as the value for the ?help variable to traverse directories and view the contents of arbitrary files on the system.
