FreeBSD procfs integer overflow/underflow

Description:
FreeBSD is vulnerable to an integer overflow or underflow, caused by a vulnerability in the procfs function. The procfs function implements a view of the system process table inside the file system. A local attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a system panic or gain elevated privileges on the system.
