Description:

Microsoft Windows Media Player could allow a remote attacker to execute code on a victim's computer, caused by improper handling of Dynamic HTML (DHTML) behaviors. A remote attacker could create a specially-crafted media file containing embedded script, which would be executed on the victim's system with privileges of the user, once the file is opened. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by hosting the malicious Windows Media file on a Web site or by sending it to a potential victim within an email.
