Description:

Microsoft Exchange Server using the Outlook Web Access (OWA) service is vulnerable to cross-site scripting, caused by a vulnerability when OWA performs HTML encoding in the Compose New Message form. A remote attacker could embed malicious script within a specially-crafted URL request within the body of an email message, which would be executed in the victim's Web browser within the security context of the hosting site, once the URL is clicked. An attacker could use this vulnerability to steal the victim's cookie-based authentication credentials and other sensitive information.
