IRCd JOIN command buffer overflow

Description:
IRCd (Internet Relay Chat) is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a buffer overflow in the strcat function. A remote attacker can send a specially-crafted JOIN command to overflow a buffer and cause the server to stop responding to legitimate connection requests.

- Dalnet, IRCd 2.10.3p3
