Bugzilla allows attacker to obtain summary of bug information

Description:
Bugzilla could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information. If the attacker, without permissions to access the vulnerability, has the email address of a voter who has voted on a secure bug, the attacker can access the summary of the Bugzilla bug and obtain sensitive information.
