OpenBSD isakmpd daemon does not apply encryption to Quick Mode messages

The OpenBSD ISAKMP daemon (isakmpd) could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information. isakmpd fails to adhere to the specification described in RFC 2409, which specifies that messages exchanged in Quick Mode must be protected. Certain messages in exchanged in Main Mode are also affected by this vulnerability.
Apply the latest CVS version of the /src/sbin/isakmpd/message.c file (1.63 or later), available from the isakmpd CVS log Web page. See References.
