terminatorX buffer overflows in parse_arg function

Description:
terminatorX is vulnerable to stack-based buffer overflows in the parse_arg() function. A local attacker could send a long string using the -f, --file, --r, or --rc-file argument to the parse_arg() function to overflow a buffer, allowing the attacker to overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with root privileges.
