Gaim g_get_user_name function could disclose username

Description:
Gaim could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by the use of the g_get_user_name function in the irc.c file. A remote authenticated attacker could use this vulnerability to request the username of an arbitrary IRC user.
