BEA WebLogic proxy plug-in causes denial of service

Description:
BEA WebLogic Server and Express, using the WebLogic Server proxy plug-in, are vulnerable to a denial of service. A remote attacker can send a specially-crafted URL to the server to cause the proxy plug-in to crash, which would deny access to the Web site.
