Description:
Xlight ftp server could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the FTP server. A remote authenticated attacker can traverse directories and view any file outside the FTP root directory.
Platforms Affected:
- Xlight FTP server, Xlight FTP server 1.40
Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of Xlight ftp server (1.41 or later), available from the Xlight ftp server Web site. See References.
