Description:

BEA WebLogic Server and Express could allow a local attacker to view an administrator's password. If the node manager tries to start a managed server but fails during the boot process, the username and password of the manager server are stored in plain text in a file on the system. A local attacker could open the file to obtain the username and password of the server.
