IBM DB2 Remote Command Server allows elevated privileges

Description:
IBM DB2 Universal Database could allow a remote attacker to gain elevated privileges, caused by a vulnerability in the Remote Command Server (DB2RCMD.EXE) component. An authenticated remote attacker can send arbitrary commands to the DB2REMOTECMD named pipe, which would execute the commands on the server with administrator privileges.
