IBM AIX make utility CC option buffer overflow

Description:
IBM AIX is vulnerable to a buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the make utility when handling the CC option argument. By supplying a long string to the utility, a local attacker could overflow a buffer and gain root group privileges on the system.
