eSignal Specs.dll file buffer overflow

Description:
eSignal is vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow in the Specs.dll file. A remote attacker can establish a Telnet connection to TCP port 80 and send a long specially-crafted string to overflow a buffer and possibly execute arbitrary code on the system.
