Description:
Nessus could allow a local attacker to obtain sensitive information. The .nessusrc files are stored insecurely. A local attacker could exploit this vulnerability by opening the .nessusrc files to obtain usernames and passwords in plain text for various types of accounts, including FTP, IMAP, POP2 , POP3, NNTP, SNMP, and SMB (Windows NT Domain) accounts.
