Description:
MondoSearch could allow a remote attacker to use MondoSearch as a proxy server, caused by a vulnerability in MsmHigh.exe. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted HTTP request containing a specially-crafted string to obtain sensitive information.
Platforms Affected:
- Mondosoft, MondoSearch 5.x
Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of MondoSearch (5.1b or later), available from the MondoSearch Web site. See References.
