BEA WebLogic Server and Express allows administrator or operator privileges

Description:
BEA WebLogic Server and Express could allow a local attacker to gain elevated privileges on the system. A local attacker, with rights to install and execute code, could access the username and password of the administrator or operator who booted the server. A local attacker could exploit this vulnerability to obtain the username and password of the administrator or the operator.

For WebLogic Server and Express 8.1:
Upgrade to Service Pack 3, when it becomes available, or upgrade to Service Pack 2 and apply the patch for this vulnerability, as listed in BEA Systems Inc. SECURITY ADVISORY (BEA04-55.00). See References.
For WebLogic Server and Express 7.0:
