Description:

OpenBB (Open Bulletin Board) could allow a remote attacker to execute application commands on the system. A remote attacker can post a message that contains malicious code within HTML tags, including the image tag, which would be executed in the victim's Web browser within the security context of the hosting site, once the HTML is loaded or the image is viewed.
