Ethereal SIP packet denial of service

Description:
Ethereal is vulnerable to a denial of service attack. By sending a specially-crafted SIP packet, a remote attacker could cause Ethereal to crash.

Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of Ethereal (0.10.4 or later), when it becomes available from the Ethereal Web site. See References.
For Red Hat Linux:
Upgrade to the latest Ethereal package, as listed below. Refer to RHSA-2004:234-06 for more information. See References.
