Description:
log2mail could allow a local attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by a format string vulnerability. A local attacker could log a specially-crafted message using the syslog function to execute arbitrary code on the system with privileges of the log2mail process.

Upgrade to the latest log2mail package (0.2.5.2 or later), as listed in DSA-513-1. See References.
