cPanel suEXEC allows command execution

Description:
cPanel could allow a remote authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the system as another user, caused by a vulnerability in suEXEC for mod_php. A remote authenticated attacker could execute shared scripts owned by the root user or wheel group to execute arbitrary commands on the system.
