KDE kppp can be used to create .kde directories anywhere

Description:
The kppp program shipped with the KDE distribution could allow a local attacker to create a writable .kde directory anywhere on the file system.

Remedy:
Only certain users require access to the kppp program and execution rights should be limited. It is suggested users obtain a patched version of kppp as soon as it is made available.
