Description:

Pure-FTPd is vulnerable to a denial of service attack, caused by a vulnerability in the accept_client function. A remote attacker could establish multiple connections to cause the program to reach the maximum number of connections allowed, which would result in a denial of service for legitimate users.

Upgrade to the latest version of (1.0.19 or later), available from the Pure-FTPd FTP site. See References.
