SoX .wav file buffer overflow

Description:
SoX is vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow in the st_wavstartread function in the wav.c file, caused by improper bounds checking of .wav files. A remote attacker could create a specially-crafted .wav file to overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system.
