Sympa description field cross-site scripting

Description:
Sympa is vulnerable to cross-site scripting, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input. A remote attacker, with a valid account, could embed malicious script in the description field when creating a list, which would be executed in the victim's Web browser, once the list is viewed. An attacker could use this vulnerability to steal another user's cookie-based authentication credentials.
