Oracle DBMS_SYSTEM buffer overflow

Description:
Oracle Database Servers are vulnerable to buffer overflow in the DBMS_SYSTEM package. By supplying a long string to the 2nd parameter of the vulnerable function, a remote attacker, within the SYSDBA role or with execute privileges on the package, could overflow a buffer and cause the Oracle server process to crash or execute arbitrary code on the system.
