PHP php_variables.c memory disclosure

Description:
PHP could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by a vulnerability in the php_variables.c file. By sending a specially-crafted HTTP request to the phpinfo.php script and appending a GET, POST, or COOKIE variable array, a remote attacker could obtain memory contents.

Remedy:
For PHP 5.0.1:
Apply the patch for this vulnerability, available from the PHP Web site. See References.
For Fedora Core 2:
Upgrade to the latest php package (4.3.10-2.4 or later), as listed in Fedora Update Notification FEDORA-2004-567. See References.
For other distributions:
Contact your vendor for upgrade or patch information.
