ON Command CCM multiple default accounts

Description:
The Sybase database backend used in On Command CCM version 5.x has four default accounts. A remote attacker with knowledge of the default accounts could gain unauthorized access to the database and modify or retrieve sensitive information in the database, including administrator account passwords.
