Forums CFM program allows arbitrary files to be read remotely

Description:
The GetFile.cfm program, distributed with Allaire Forums, could allow a remote attacker to view any file on the system.
Platforms Affected:
- Macromedia, Allaire Forums
Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of Allaire Forums (2.0.5 or later), as listed in Allaire Security Bulletin ASB99-05. See References.
As a workaround, remove the GetFile.cfm program from all production servers.
