ActivePost Standard "dot dot" directory traversal

Description:
ActivePost Standard could allow a remote attacker to upload arbitrary files on the server. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted request containing "dot dot" sequences (/../) to traverse directories and upload files outside of the Web root directory.
