| dbpoweramp-player-pls-m3u-bo (17535) |
Description:
dBpowerAMP Audio Player is vulnerable to a stack-based and heap-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking of .pls and .m3u files. By persuading a victim to open a malicious .pls and .m3u playlist file containing overly long data, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system or cause the application to crash.
